Merkado - Your home for poor online service delivery

I ordered an item on the 10th April 2018, comp**** fully with Merkado's T&C's. I ordered the item for my son's birthday (16May) and till date I have not received the item. I have spoken to numerous agents (Dee, Listicia etc.) promising me that my item will be delivered.

It's been more than 3 months since I have ordered the item. I requested a refund about a week and a half ago and have not received anything till date. My son don't even ask me anymore about his supposedly birthday present.

I'm busy compiling a complete event timeline to articulate the hassle's I've had ordering from them.
