March 2018 Ordered Dyson hand-held vacuum battery, extension pipe, new filters and new filter set for our Dyson floor vacuum. Value almost R2700.

June 2018 Received correct filters for floor vacuum cleaner and incorrect replacement battery

July 2018 Returned battery. They said they would replace the battery with the correct one.

July to October 2018 Asked for full refund of missing items after they told me the items were in customs, then they said they dont really know where the items are.

Requested a refund again - they sent this email: "There is a slight back log with finance but please be assured that the refund will be completed along with proof of payment". I threatened legal action to recover my money : received the same email again. They cant be contacted and the telephone number seems inoperable. Dishonest company - dont deal with them
