Merkado - Pahtetic after sale service

The initial purchase went smoothly. But the after sales is pathetic. I sent back a faulty item on the 12th of September with the promise of a new item. After 6 weeks I asked for my money back on multiple occasions. After giving my banking details 2 times, no money paid back. Today on the 18th of December another courier company came to fetch the faulty item. Pathetic to say the least.
