Merkado online shopping

I ordered some items from merkado online and they told me i would receive it no later than 21 working days. After a month i cancelled my order since i havnt received anything and requested a refund. It is now almost a month later and still no refund received. I write regular emails and make telephone calls and all they say every time is the same. It was given over to finance. They cant tell me why paymant was not done yet . I just had it with them. I feel they are steeling from me and i will be forced to see my attorney . The service is the worst i have ever seen! Please people dont buy from them.
