Merkado is yet to give me my call back which was promised to happen by 2 weeks ago Friday

After lodging not 1, but 2 complaints about the lack of delivery of my products, purchased on 16 September, the lady from their customer care has called me twice. The first time being a week after I had lodged my first complaint. The second, again a week after I had typed my review. On both occasions, I've been promised a call back by the end of the week in question, & on both occasions, Merkado has failed to do so.

If my delivery is unfulfilled, Merkado leaves me no choice, but to take legal action, as it is now almost 2 months later & still no product has been delivered. The lady who spoke to me acted "shocked" when I told her their customer care line does not work, yet there have been other reviews stating the same.

Merkado responds to most reviews on here, but have failed to respond to any of my reviews.

I would like answers, NOW!
