Merkado are a bunch of *********s

Placed an order, informed it would take 4 weeks to arrive. I deemed that to be acceptable. 4 months later after repeated queries and same answer of no stock in U.K. warehouse, I sourced item from a different supplier and cancelled the order.

They first try to placate a person with ‘1 more week’ to keep you hooked. Eventually they cancelled the order and asked for bank details to provide a refund.

That was 5 months ago (9 months total now). Repeated queries receive the same response of ‘will escalate to finance team’.

In short, Merkado are a bunch of ******, ******* and sharlatans! STAY FAR AWAY. Am planning a protest sit in at their offices if the address is correct
