Is Merkado real or a ****?

I was very excited to find an item on this website that I have not been able to find anywhere else in SA. I excitedly ordered but aside from auto-responses to emails, have yet to be able to make contact with them for questions. Firstly, the auto-response tells me a shipping time that is too long for my purposes (need items for a birthday party in 2 weeks' time), and if it will arrive on time, I wanted to add to my order. I have tried emailing customer care, calling (phones don't work) and the help chat on the website, but nothing works. Is this website just a ****?
