Incorrect order received, shocking communication about re-delivery

I placed an order through Bidorbuy for a 0.5tog Grobag which was distributed through Merkado. I received a 1tog bag. I then returned it on the day I received it. I have had to follow up constantly with this company. Replies to emails take about a week and the amount of times I have called to talk to someone has been successful twice. No -one answers their phones and when they do, the lines are so bad you cannot hear a thing, and then you get dropped. I have now been told that I MAY receive this correct order (lets hope) by this Friday (22nd DEC) which is basically the last day before everyone shuts down for leave. I am absolutely amazed at how shocking the service and communication has been for an order they got wrong. There is no sense of urgency to rectify this, and not once has anyone apologized for the inconvenience caused. I WILL NEVER order anything from Merkado again. Do not trust them!!!!!
