Placed an order a month ago, on the 26th of Jan 2018, sent my proof of payment on the 26th and 31st of Jan 2018. I still have haven't received tracking information nor the product. Merkado delivery states that I should expect the product from 7 - 21 days.. 21 days is almost over! I was promised to receive my tracking information 2weeks ago!
