I had recently written a negative post about Merkado and their poor service delivery. They have however finally delivered the product I had initially ordered and have offered me a discount on my next purchase. I would also like to add that they have been in constant communication with me during this time in order to ensure that I was aware of their service delivery issues and that they have been doing everything in their power to resolve my complaint.
