I bought books on the Merkado website on the 27th of November. Received an order number and I response from their customer care that they will let me know the ETA. I have sent e-mails to confirm delivery and have also found their number on numerous occasions but it only goes to voice mail.

After this I went to search them on hellopeter and found numerous complaints about this company not delivering and also not refunding your money.

I have sent this through to my bank ***** department and they are busy with the investigation.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Hi would just like to advise that I have received my books after I requested a refund. Was very worried because of the lack of response but thank you parcel received.
