DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I have been cool calm and collected with this company. I ordered something over a month ago. Everytime I called to find out about my item I have never gotten upset with them. I nicely asked for a refund after the company took way too long to get my item delivered. They had excuses after excuses and finally when the package arrived to their premises they still didn't bother speaking to the accounts department to get my refund. Instead they asked if they should send the parcel off to me. Funny thing is I am still waiting. Still waiting for my money and or my item. NOTHING. They don't even bother giving feedback, instead I must constantly phone to find out what's going on. They are buying your items from China, waiting for the post office and then giving excuses. Rather just go buy directly from Alibaba/Aliexpress. That's where they get there stuff from anyways.
