DO NOT BUY FROM MERKADO

I ordered products from Merkado and received no communication about my order. After more than a month I made an enquiry why it was mot delivered as promised. I was informed that the product was out of stock and that they will refund me.

I believe it is poor service that a company does not let you know the moment you place your order that they are out of stock.

I have waited over a month and a half for my refund. There is no communication to me about why I am not receiving my refund.

I am considering legal action now because I do not get any reply on my emails and the phones are dead.
