<p>I cannot believe that they are still operating as sellers on Bid or Buy and Take a lot. </p> <p> </p> <p>It has been about a month waiting for my order (since 30 Dec 2016) which "Dee" from Customer Care keeps making up excuses about "waiting for shipment to be released/processed" and that they "really want to fulfill my order" when I requested for a full refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have reported them to BidorBuy who says they cannot take action but will keep an eye on their sales etc. Not helpful at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>What an expensive lesson to learn.</p>
