I removed my child from the school because I couldn’t afford to pay the fees, and now my child is in another school whereby their fees are affordable.

January this year I received emails and sms from this previous school, claiming that I owe them almost R10 000 for taking my child to another school

The problem is that they didn’t inform me that whenever you decide to take your kid to another school you should inform them prior 3 months

The school removal letter was signed and child behaviour report was signed by them not telling me about the 3 months penalty for taking my child out of their school

The sad part is that my child didn’t even start a year with them, by this year school opening she was in another school already so how could I owe such amount of money

I feel like they are ****ming me and taking an advantage because so many people are taking their kids out of their school
