Investigating various complaints from ex staff and have up to date found reason for concern Will review data and interview concerned and give feedback ASAP Preliminary findings steer towards serious staff related transgressions bordering onto ******** action (3 different avenues followed to confirm data) Full report available by 1 July 2024 noting all data, interviews, evidence gathered and reccomendations including communication to CEO and group CFO for comment before publication
