poor service/bad attitude and punters taken for granted at merebank tattersalls .

i am extremely concerned about the poor service that we receive by the tote and bookmakers at merebank tattersalls. At the tote there is a shortage of staff and closes early with no payouts or bets to be taken at the last local race meeting. At the same venue the bookmaker offers poor service or takes our customers for granted by offering lower odds on soccer fixtures. the fixtures displayed is not the full complement of fixtures. local soccer fixtures is always missing. we need the bookmakers association to intervene.
