Bad services

We had orderd a door from him, after prolonging for so many weeks, he asked for full payment before the job was completed . He then leaves workers unsupervised to install the door incorrectly, leaves the door with no lock, tries to put in second hand stuff and tells me to push a sofa against the door to keep it closed and night.
