Worst service ever

<p>This store really has the most appalling service I've ever received. Honestly its surprising how you can message them on whatsapp and the read the message but don't even bother responding. About 4 months ago I made an order for a mic preamp and a separate valve tube for it. The preamp arrived after about a week but there was no valve so I emailed them to no reponse and then called in which case they told me that they were just waitinf for the valve from their suppliers and it would take about a week or two ever since then I've tried over and over to get hold of them but they don't even bother replying to email and whenever I send a whatsapp they a reply to my greeting but as soon as I broach the reason why I have gotten hold of them they just ignored. I can safely say that I have ordered from the majority of music stores and I have never received service this bad before. I will never order from this stay again.</p>
