Shocking service

I sent my product in for repair and after weeks I never get one response or update I had to constantly phone and email and then no excuse for the lack of response they just say they will do this and that and then another week they still do not do what they promised.. Then I ordered a new product as after a month they figure out they cannot repair it.. And again it's been over a month and still no product.. No update no nothing.. I call all the time and it's always and excuse.. The last call they diagnosed said it will be here on Friday and they would email me the tracking number and confirmation.. Guess what. Still no tracking number or confirmation that my order was even processed.. I have never in my life experienced such lazy and shocking service..
