Pathetic service...

On Thursday I was told by the lady behind the counter (Here in Kitwe Zambia) that my parcel (which is blood samples that needs testing) will be delivered on Saturday, but today(Wednesday) I am told they don't do deliveries over weekends... Not only was my parcel untraceable on the internet and their phone numbers the did not answer, I had to go into their offices AGAIN to find out They decided, with NO correspondence to me, the parcel owner!! To change cross border couriers. By dogs bloods are STILL not delivered and they have heaps of excuses but No explanation.

I would never be able to trust them Again... Poor poor service!!!
