Poor insurance claim handling

Mercury Insurance is completely *********** to handle insurance claims!! Even though all information being supp****, I believe the assessors are incapable to comprehend damage descriptions. For the last month I'm trying to get my car damage claim sorted: - First, they only approve half of the repairs to a panel beater 1****m away from where the car is and this panel beater has never seen the car. Although I have included quotes for the repairs! - When the half approval is queried, they now says each quote is a separate claim, although the quotes is for the same car for repairs? - This is now been going for a month and every time I follow-up on the claim the response is: "we will have a look at it", looking at it does not solve the issue, you need competent people to solve the issue!
