Bad service received - *********** managers !!!

On Tuesday 26/03/19, my wife took her vehicle to Mercurius Motors Tzaneene because the sunroof was leaking and there was a rattle sound. Short story long - After a long struggle and also with the help of Mercedes SA, the vehicle was ready for pickup on Friday @ 17:10 . When we received the vehicle, the reverse camera was now broken and the errors were still not repaired after they had the vehicle from Tuesday. I took the vehicle back on Friday night and now going to take action on the bad service recieved.... Must say , the service managers @ Mercurius Motors Tzaneen is *********** and really does damage the name of this brand !!! My wife without a vehicle this weekend , M Benz SA Will hear from us on Monday !!!
