Service Invoice number ***

On the 17-10-2017 I wrote an email to Mercedes Benz Germany and South Africa:

Please assist urgently because I am driving back to Polokwane tonight and I expect Polokwane to fix this.

I took my car for Service in Polokwane as it was due for service and I was called by the dealership after the service to find out how am I enjoying the car and I could not answer the telephonic survey that time because after the service I parked the car. I used a hired car to travel around from hotel to work. On coming back from Polokwane at any stop street I stopped the car was jerking and I took it that I did not apply the foot brake. I went on for two weeks and thought maybe it is how I apply brakes but the shaking and jerking does not stop.

On Saturday the 15 October 2017 I was cleaning the car and I noticed that there was a leak but I thought it was because of the air-conditioner because it was running. I then drove about two kilometres to my friend’s house and on my way the car told me to top up the water coolant which was very strange as well because the car was only was driven for 7 days after another trip to Polokwane with a hired car. From the date of service 15 September 2017 the car is now overheating!!! I have to travel to Polokwane at 18h30 today and the car is leaking from the engine the same side where I took pictures thereof.

The car's date of registration is 30 September 2014 but I bought the car in November 2016. The current kilometres are 82200 and the car went for service at 80341. The 341 kilometres was a trip to Polokwane and back. The chassis number is WDC ********** A442817 engine number ********** ********** . I am really disappointed with the service because Cargo M2 City has serviced the car 3 times and I never had any problem as this. If plugs and brakes were replaced why is the car jerking when at a stop. Has the mechanic by mistake touch the radiator pipes and thought nothing happened and carried on? I know what is wear and tear but why after the service

Your urgent attention is required.

19-10-2017 below

Above is the email sent twice to ********** and ********** from Tuesday to date. I also called the number ********** yesterday and I was asked if did Mercedes book me a courtesy car and I said I cannot answer internal affairs. I asked to speak to someone I can relate to because the Call Center wont help me. If they want to listen to their recordings they can. I had to rent myself a car I can drive to work from Polokwane to Midrand and then asked for a lift home and today I am working from home. I have heard no feedback as to what next but I was promised that on Tuesday afternoon. I am sitting at home without a car and nothing is being said!!!
