Rude, Unfriendly, no Customer Service!

The worst customer service! Unfriendly, Rude and unhelpful! I was waiting 6 minutes before my call was answered. Put on hold for a further 4 minutes before someone tried assisting me, talking to colleghes while on the phone with me, just to tell me they don't have what I'm looking for. I asked if he can check or maybe order he just said no. I phoned Jeep Sandton right after. I was greeted by friendly staff and had a quote in under 2 minutes! Maybe the staff of Polokwane should receive proper training on how to treat their customers! Rather use Jeep Sandton, because clearly Mercurius Motors Polokwane doesn't need customers!
