Zero customer satisfaction ! Zero customer service ! Will never recomend buying from them.

They didn't disclosed a missing part in the new mercedes that affect certain aplication.

They show me a demo with all parts working, but when I received same car but new, this Module was missing and they only disclose this after I received the car and after they got payment.

The communication with Mr Herm**** was less than pleasant, huge effort to respond to my whattzup messages till today I'm waiting for unswers.

Mercedes heaf office is dealing with the problem and they are very helpful.

Definitely my worst experience I had with any dealership.
