Lack of Comminication - support/feedback from DP

<p>My business had a rescent transaction with Mercurius Polokwane whereby the Dealer Principle was directly involved.</p> <p>Ever since the end user distant himself from the original deal, have i struggled to make contact with the DP. He is not helpful and if he does help he is very bias in his interest and not taking a birds view on the situation.</p>
