*********** on giving client feedback

I have received the worst service ever. I haven't driven my vehicle for full 4 months. I had a burglary at my house and car keys were ******. I made a claim with my insurance company and I was requested to do a quotation which I did at Mercurius Motors Polokwane. Claim was approved and vehicle was towed to the supplier on the 4th of October 2017. Upon delivering the vehicle, inspection was done and they picked up few problems which were caused while the vehicle was being uplifted. I was provided with the information and also the job card. When they were done programming the new keys. Vehicle was collected and had a problem with the rear left wheel which was caused by the tow truck. It was fixed by the insurance company. But there was a warning light which they were unable to switch off. Vehicle was diagnosed and only to find that the problem is on the steering wheel, clock spring has been tempered, and the only people that worked on the steering wheel was Mercurius Motors Polokwane and it's even on the job card that they did strip the steering wheel when they wanted to remove the ignition so that they can go cut the key at locksmith.

Mercurius Motors Polokwane requested the vehicle to be brought there so that they can diagnose it and see what the problem is. I was told that if it's something that they have damaged while programming the keys, then they will fix. They confirmed that it's the clock spring which is on the steering wheel.

I have been dealing with Valerie Harmse. Very ***********, I call them twice in a day so that I can get an update. My vehicle has been there since Monday but I was only called once while they informed me that they going to check what the problem is. I had to call so that they confirm that it's a clock spring and Valerie informed me about the quotation and I was puzzled why she's informing me because I was expecting her to tell me that they going to fix since the damage is where they've worked on.

I used to believe that Mercurius Motors Polokwane is reliable. As a client having to call so that I can get feedback and to be told several times that it's either she is honest that she forgot or whoever she delegated to has not given her feedback is seriously disappointing.
