BAD SERVICE!!!

Good day 3 weeks back I took my car to jeep service department Polokwane ,there was a noise in the engine, then I was told that my car need a repairs and quotation was sent to me and repairs was done. I have just notice that my headlight bulb its not working and funny enough when I sent my car to service department all my headlight bulb were in order. I was not informed about the bulb on quotation or after diagnosed .I BELIEVE THAT THEY CHANGED MY HEADLIGHT BULB FOR A BUSINESS PURPOSE,I HAVE REQUESTED A JOB CARD WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT ITS AGAINST THEIR OFFICE POLICY.
