Not the type of service to expect from a premium brand like Mercedes

I booked my car in for a service at Mercedes Benz Polokwane on th 16th of May 2016. No one called me to update me on the progress of my car, during the course of the day I tried to call a dozen times but without any success, no one was answering the phones. The following morning I called again and was told Melanie is the service advisor handling my car and she explained that she had a wrong number on my profile? At least if she had a wrong number she would simply have told me my car was ready for collection but instead she told me it was now being attended to? On the things that were supposed to be attended to when I went to collect the car they were simply not attended to yet she said my car was ready ! One of the fuse box panels on the drivers seat is constantly falling and I asked that it be replaced, she simply told me that they had simply put it back(which I was doing all along) since it was not broken and motorplan doesnt cover. If it constaly falls back I should simply put it back, otherwise I should go and repair it somewhere else as motorplan doesnt cover? And when the panel falls its so embarasing when I have a passenger as it exposes a lot of wires and fuses! Now I should go and have the car fixed by a third party whn I am paying for this expensive car? Melanie is just rude, and very arrogant, the way she explained it was if you expect to be assisted by Mercedes on this one just forget about it as we wont be able to assist you! The relationship is like she is the gatekeeper of the motorplan and I dont deserve to claim from it!I have used Audi and BMW prior to buying my current Mercedes and I have never experienced such a demeaning service to say the least. She was not even apologetic that she kept my car overnight without updating me and adding insult to injusry she never took the initiative to get my car sorted as I collected it with the same problems I had booked it with! Mercedes please put your act together, I am prepared to sell back my car if this is the type of service I will be enduring! Melanie, go for a customer service course!
