TRAVELLER LEFT STRANDED

My client was left stranded after a full day of travel and work In JHB on a wednesday night. She arrived at the hotel just after 10pm this eveing, only to be told that her room was given away because she hadnt paid.<br> Her room was fully paid for via eft in the afternoon. Eva was my contact at the hotel. Not only is a full refund required but I expect an apology from whoever is running this joke of an establishment as well as an apology from whoever evah and thabo, who are clearly 2 *********** individuals. DISGUSTING!!<br>
