Theft no compensation and lack of communications

My uncles' R78,000 in both rands and foreign currency, was ****** from their room in Mercure hotel in bedfordview. My uncles are an elderly couple from angola, they normaly come to SA for check ups due. one suffers from diabetes and the other has Heart problem. The money was kept in a locked suitcase and inside the wardrobe. The rooms has a safe but as it is known older people dont trust or understant technology. A day before the theft incident on 11/11, my aunt took some money from the suitcase and thats how she knew next day that money was missing. the only person that had access to the room was the cleaner as it shows on the electronic key registry. we reported the incident to management , they said they dont report cases to the police as they do internal investigations. Several days after the investigation silence ensued for longer than a week and they knew my uncles needed this mony for consultaions, for food etc. Conclusion they said that the poligraph investigation was negative and they dont compensate . i told them my uncles would no longer pay accommodation,they said that my uncles would not be allowed to stay,i dared them to evict my uncles and later they allowed compleme
