Terrible Service

<p>I spent last night at the Mercure Hotel in Bedfordview because I was attending a meeeting in Germiston and has to be on time foe my meeting. I had to go buy clothes from a nearby shop and did not buy body lotion as I know Hotels provide them,. There was no lotion, no body wash in my room. In the morning I asked for a body lotion, a body wash , an iron and an ironing board. It took them 1and a half hour to get the items. I had to call 7 times before I could get them. I called and asked for the Hotel Manager, I was transferred to Housekeeping who with her silly English told me she was the Hotel Manager. I have never in a long time not seen such shoddy service. I am not sure if this was done because I am a Black female or what. </p> <p>I do not believe the Hotel deserves my money and perhaps Black females should not bother booking with this Hotel if they are going to be disrespected like this!!</p>
