Poorly stocked and dirty

Self Catering Hotel!! Poorly stocked with dirty cutlery and little or no items in the cupboard. Room was not clean. After three complaints nothing was done to remedy the situation. We were told that the hotel was full, and that there was not enough stock to go around!!!
