moved from one room to the next- with no help

<p>went to The Mercure hotel in Nelspruit on the 22 April. what a terrible experience. we were excited to be there, we were 1st put in room 407, when it was time for a shower, no hot water, phoned reception someone came, then told us( me and my daughter) that the geyser is not working, moved us to 404( i think downstairs) got there, the room was stinking of dust from the wet and dirty carpet, i told the guy this who gave us the key, he said nothing and walked away, we thought he is coming back and he never did, we needed to sleep but couldnt in that smelly room, we were even coughing getting sore throat from the dust and smell, even the blankets smelled,phoned reception again, another guy came to give us another key to 505, we moved again...guess what no apologies through all this and NO HELP WITH CARRYING OUR BAGS, WE CARRIED OUR BAGS WITH MY 10 YEAR OLD THRU THIS UPS AND DOWNS...WHAT A TERRIBLE STAY, IT WAS OUR 1ST VISIT HERE AND SURELY WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN...</p>
