Product yes, service no

Unfortunately a good product with shocking service. Request a quote on the morning of 25 November 2021. No acknowledgement.

26/11/2021 - Website Enquiry in the hope of some response 30/11/2021 - 10h22 - Response to enquiry with advice on quantities for a full pallet 30/11/2021 - 12h57 - advise to proceed on quantities 30/11/2021 - 16h57 - get quotation and pay and advised they will be sending up the shipment on the Wednesday for delivery on the Thursday. So far despite the initial ignoring of a quotation things aren't too bad in fairness.

02/12/2021 - At 14h50 not a word heard from them. We contact Kzn branch to be advised the driver was on the way with the delivery, but was then asked to go to one of the staff members homes to fix an electrical fault.... Glad a client comes first that this could not be communicated to us for one, or the delivery couldn't be done to a paying client then go fix the electrical issue? Delivery would now be organised for FIRST THING Tuesday morning.

07/12/2021 - I contacted them at 07h47. She is waiting to hear back and will advise shortly. At 09h35 I get a message to say they had issues with the vehicle yesterday and still going to pick up the order, along with he is passing Centurion on his way to Lanseria. Thats only 20 minutes away. An hour later still no driver. Eventually by 12ish all was finally here despite plans having to be changed here cause its believed around midday is first thing.

To top it off when my wife got peeved at her for the complete lack of service we were advised not to get upset or cross.... Well perhaps then you should communicate with your clients and stick to what you say, or is it that a pallet order is too small and you don't care....

Their product may be nice but I will certainly be looking for other alternatives as another large supplier to the horse industry has in the area. They too were shocked at the service and opted not to get their product again. Again a sign I should have seen and used. Unfortunate, but it is what it is.
