Atrocious Service upon delivery

I am absolutely appalled by how the lady owner treats her customers. I had ordered an item and was told that it was ready for collection, upon inspection before I took delivery of the item I had realized that it was incomplete. I brought it to their attention and I was treated like absolute dirt. Tried to resolve it by getting my manager on the phone, she proceeded to be rude and slammed my phone on one of their tables. I had spent R4'000,00 on this item, they give it to me incomplete and say that they can give me the missing material at no extra cost. WHAT! I paid for a complete item, get it incomplete and then she acts as if she's doing me a favor by giving me the missing material that I had already paid for for free. If you value customer service as much as I do I'd suggest that you don't use them for anything. You'll probably get treated like dirt and told to be on your way. I have never in my life been so highly disrespected. If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that
