Unhappy about their servi e

I have been contacting this company for the past week and half now, requesting for my IRP's. I have called their reception, she requested that I send an email to a specific address. I did jus t that, got no response or confirmation that they have received it or anything. Called again, was told 48hr turn around time. I waited. 5 days later, still no response, like a fool I call again, this time getting an out of office response, with another person's email address to contact, I send another email again. 48hrs later, no response, call again. This time get the receptionist email, follow same procedure, 1week and 2days later, still waiting on two simple documents they are having a world of trouble forwarding me. I always thought highly of this company, but today I am disgusted by the way they do things.
