Stay Away from Merchants SA BPO.

I worked for Merchants SA, at first it was a dream and all was well, until they final started exploiting staff. The worst is how leader's handle people's personal situation and how that place is so unprofessional. People at that company are suffering from mental illnesses and break downs. Oh and to top it off, nothing is confidential there, whatever is discussed with management will make it's way onto the floor. People's issues are discussed by higher management and agents, resulting in people's situations becoming even worse. You have higher management sleeping with agents for favours and so for..... I hate to say this, but I would not recommend that place to anyone, even the HR sucks.
