Salary Clarification

They have witheld half of the money I had worked for as a deduction for not working notice. I've been sending emails and enquiring with team leader for two weeks now still no one botherd to get back to me. I was involved in a hijacking and shooting Wich resulted in the death of my partner. Not only was thier core benefit plan Wich I was in declined my claim due to there was no proof that he was my partner after I had requested to change the details with the previous Team leader who resigned but now they refusing to give me the rest of my salary and leave days. Im stuck in the Eastern Cape with no money as I'm dried out after the funeral but they not even botherd to reply to any of my calls.
