Fed up employee

Merchants Vodacom 41 fox street jhb is one of the most toxic working environments. Management has no people skills and are absolutely inhumane and unremorseful. You're not allowing to take the breaks(15 mins and half an hour lunch) you missed due to assisting their customers they'll force you to log off so it looks like you've taken the break meanwhile you're assisting their customers cause the system allows you to finish the call, the working hours are ridiculous you only get one day off, they deduct your money for every second you're logged due to system issues and well has not having a seat knowing half of their pcs don't work. Being someone who's been battling depression today I had the second mental breakdown at work today lacking the capacity to continue working spoke to my teamleader to be released who then spoke to one of his superiors who very coldly asked what should he do how's it his problem cause this is work we don't come and go as we please this is gonna become a habit instead of offering a solution or some time out, how are we supposed to ensure ultimate customer experience when we ourselves as employees aren't well and management couldn't care less?! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!
