Agents not experience as they lie and use small companies in their Job history and a couple of agents used my company never but they never worked for us

This company hires people without experience who lies in their C.V and they do not do any background check... Last year October i found out some couple of agents used my company name as their reference and the company never contacted to fact check the references. I was made aware of this by some Private Investigator who's doing research and investigating and writing an article about companies who hires people with out experience. and I was made aware that the Merchants company in Parktown hires people who lie and use our companies and they do not fact check. and that brings a bad name to small companies like ours that those agents use to secure jobs... the management of Merchants in Parktown Needs to do something about this
