I was dismissed, I am trying to register for UIF but unable to as the name of the company on the UI-19 doesnt match with what the labour dept. has on the system. At the labour they need a letter (on a company letterhead) stating the relation between Merchants SA(UI-19 FORM) and Merchants Group SA (Labour information). On the 25th September 2025, which they have not rep**** to. I need help as I am about to forfeit the benefits. ***
