NON stop Debit order payments after item paid for!

A rental photo copier that besides being ********** over the period continued to be debited and our plea to stop the payment went ignored by Merchant West for another 3 months!!! More customer care - you rent a machine and at the end of the rental YOU...... yes you the customer are responsible for returning the machine back to their offices. STAY AWAY from Merchant West at all costs their schemes are endless.
