I find myself in a frustrating situation with my solar loan obtained through Solar Advice, which is facilitated by Merchant West. Despite only having the loan for 10 months of its 5-year term, the settlement amount provided indicates that I will have paid 36% of the total fees and interest charged. This disparity between the time elapsed and the proportion of fees paid feels deeply unfair and *********. I advise others to steer clear of this company due to these questionable practices.
