Merchant Hunter is the worst

I placed an order and paid 1 Oct 2019. It is now 13 Feb 2020. I have not received one single form of communication from this 'company'. Asked for a refund, since I qualify for a refund according to their policy. Still they have excuses and stories and refuse to help me.
