I received absolutely terrible service from Reginald. This gentleman will not lift a finger to help a client if he deems doing so inconvenient, instead he will do the bare minimum. My interaction with him appeared to be nothing more than a compliance exercise to him. He does not embody the Merchant Capital values I have come to know and respect. My whole interaction was quite disappointing.
