Totally *********** and no knowledge staff

The most unprofessional and *********** bunch of people, from entry-level to management. Please don't be fooled by Mercedes Umhlanga, they bring shame to the brand. They take your vehicle, keep it overnight, let you know the next day, don't have parts for repair, will only find faults if your warranty with them expires, so they can make money, head office needs to check the *********** staff, should have it shut down. When there's a problem the staff has memory loss. Our Indians put us to shame at that branch.
