Worst service from Mercedes Bryanston

It’s taken them 4months to fill in forms required by the service plan for service they approved 18March 2024, til date 20 June I have not received my car instead they send me another quote of R10000, to replace a battery I bought from them months back from them, clearly they’re are ****** for either giving me an old faulty battery or now switching my new battery for something old. It’s not the first time they’ve done this I received my car previously with missing wipers, ****** ****** don’t take your car there for your own sanity.
