SHOCKING SERVICE

Sandown your service has deteriorated very badly. I have been waiting 5 weeks for a battery replacement. When will you sort it out? When i am left standing. I tried calling and was continously put on hold for 10 mins and then the line just gets dropped. This is not acceptable
